The Brannof family requires your assistance in Brighter Shores. Besides their inheritance woes, a crucial weapons shipment has vanished. This guide details how to recover The Lost Shipment.

Quest Initiation:

Locate the Brannof Hall Dining Room (accessible from Brannof Boulevard, near the Town Square). Speak with Cohen; he'll reveal the missing weapons. Crucially, speak to him again to receive two vital leads. Remember to remove any Town Guard attire before proceeding; it hinders your inquiries.

Quest Completion:

This quest involves two investigative paths.

1. Captain Shirker's Lead:

Find Captain Shirker on his ship, The Vincible (southeast area of town). After a meal at The Delectable Dab (near Town Square), he'll mention a man in a blue waistcoat.

Locate the Man in a Blue Waistcoat (Town Square). He'll direct you to "The Illusion," a weapons dealer. To access The Illusion, you must impersonate "Sam," requiring a monobrow.

Visit the hairdresser (Old Street West) and acquire a monobrow (costs 8 Silver and 280 Copper).

2. The Hooked Hand Lead:

Investigate The Hooked Hand restaurant (near Eel Street). Speak to patrons until you're directed to The Frequently Fresh Fish Stall.

Find the Fishmonger at The Frequently Fresh Fish Stall (past Eel Street Bridge). You need a Fetid Flounder (requires Level 25 Fishing Skill). Write a note (using Quill, Ink, and Paper – found on Lord Brannof's desk), place it in the flounder (see image below), and give it to the Fishmonger.

Hide nearby and observe. A Furtive Stranger will purchase the fish.

Follow the Stranger (Willhope Crossing to Monab Row). Ensure your monobrow is visible (remove Guard armor). Identify yourself as "Sam" to gain entry. Defeat the thief (Level 30) in combat to retrieve the Plumbatae.

Return the Plumbatae to Brannof Hall to complete the quest.
