The camp spans a weekend, during which football managers analyze scouting reports to make strategic bids. ***Football managers can also arrange friendly matches and off-season tournaments against other managers. This feature allows you to test your team's mettle and refine strategies before the next season kicks off.

***At the end of each season, you retain your team, with players developing and potentially declining over time. Effective squad management is crucial for building a successful and enduring team.

***Negotiate player transfers directly with other human football managers over Discord, then finalize deals using the TOL application. Those who excel in negotiations can significantly enhance their team's prospects.
