Taiko-san Daijiro

This application is designed for playing "Taiko-san Jiro 2" tja files directly on your Android device. Compatible with the PC software "Taiko Sanjiro 2", it offers a seamless gaming experience for fans of the rhythm game.

Compatibility Notice: Given the wide variety of Android devices available, we regret that we cannot guarantee support for all of them. If your device does not start the application, unfortunately, we are unable to offer support.

Important: We do not provide assistance with obtaining TJA files or skins. Please understand this policy before reaching out.

How to Add a Song

1. Initial Setup: Upon first launching the application, a "TJA" folder will automatically be created in the root folder of your device's storage or SD card.
2. Organizing Songs: Create a folder for each genre within the "TJA" folder and place your TJA files inside these genre-specific folders.
3. Genre Recognition: If you do not include a genre.ini file in your genre folder, the songs will be categorized under "Uncategorized".
4. High Score Limitation: Note that on Android 4.4 and later versions, you may not be able to save high scores.
5. Record Location Setting: You can now select your preferred package location in the settings under "record location".

How to Apply Skins

• Skin Compatibility: The application supports skins from "Taiko Sanjiro 2", though some features may not be fully implemented.
• Incompatibility Notice: Skins from the original "Taiko-san Jiro" are not compatible with this application.
• Skin Configuration: To apply skins, read and follow the instructions in theme-default/default.csv.
• Performance Note: Be aware that performance may vary depending on your device model and the complexity of the skin data.

Genre.ini File Details

To ensure your genre folder is recognized, include a genre.ini file with the following format:
