World of Warcraft Patch 11.1: New Customizable Character Select Screen Campsites
World of Warcraft Patch 11.1 introduces a fun new way to personalize your character selection screen: collectible campsites! Four new campsites are available for players to unlock and use as backgrounds, with more planned for future updates.
This feature builds upon the Warbands system from The War Within, allowing players to customize their character select screen with multiple campsites, each with a unique name and background. These campsites are accessible and manageable within the Collections pane.
Unlocking Your Campsites:
Patch 11.1 introduces four new campsites, in addition to the default Adventurer's Rest:

| Cultists' Quay | Nightfall Sanctum Delve in Hallowfall | Completing the Season 2 Delver's Journey. |
| Gallagio Grand Gallery | Gallywix's casino in Undermine | Completing the "Racing to a Revolution" meta-achievement from Undermined. |
The Ohn’ahran Overlook is automatically awarded upon logging in post-patch. The remaining campsites require completing specific achievements or completing seasonal content.
Accessing and Using Campsites:
Players can preview and unlock these campsites within a new tab in the Collections pane. The character select screen now features a dedicated campsite tab, allowing easy selection and even random selection from favorites.
Blizzard's commitment to expanding this customization feature is clear. Future updates will likely add more campsites through various avenues, including new content, old zones, holiday events, the Trading Post, and potentially even the in-game shop.
