World of Warcraft Patch 11.1 is Adding More Areas than Just Undermine

By DylanJan 25,2025

World of Warcraft Patch 11.1, "Undermined," expands beyond its namesake zone, introducing several new subzones. Key additions include Gutterville and Kaja'Coast, significantly enriching the game's landscape.

New Subzones:

  • Gutterville: Situated within the Ringing Deeps, Gutterville features Excavation Site 9, a new delve. Its maroon coloration suggests corruption by Black Blood, potentially linking it to Undermine's corrupted areas.

  • Kaja'Coast: Located in Zuldazar near Bilgewater Bonanza, this Goblin encampment likely serves as another access point to Undermine.

Undermine and its Connections:

Undermine, the subterranean Goblin capital, is the central focus of Patch 11.1. Its map reveals Slam Central Station as the primary entry point, with five apparent access terminals hinting at further connections beyond Gutterville and Kaja'Coast. These connections may involve additional Goblin-themed areas yet to be revealed.

Timing and PTR Access:

While a precise release date remains unannounced, Patch 11.1 is anticipated for mid-to-late February. Early January will see the update's arrival on the Public Test Realm (PTR), allowing players early access to explore these exciting new locations.
