Their mission is to track down and eliminate vampires, whom they refer to as "Hollow Ones," under the guise of "training exercises" and "counter-terrorism efforts."

Leading the charge in Seattle is Agent Baker, known as "The Hen" among her followers. A disciplined pragmatist, she is committed to the permanent eradication of vampires. Baker's approach involves a deep dive into strange occurrences and historical data to uncover the secrets of the vampire world. Her meticulous nature and unwavering authority make her a formidable adversary.

The hunters of the IAB are highly coordinated, maintaining tight security around their base with external and internal defenses. Confronting them alone is daunting, as they work in teams, use spotlights for surveillance, and communicate through portable radios. In combat, they deploy thermic batons that ignore defensive tactics and phosphorous grenades to flush enemies from hiding.
