How to Unlock Domain Expansion
Jujutsu Infinite features two Domain types: Incomplete and Full Domain Expansion.
- Incomplete Domain: Unlocked upon completing the final story segment at Level 420. Functions similarly to a Full Domain, but innate abilities have a reduced area of effect.
- Full Domain Expansion: The culmination of the Mastery path for certain Legendary and Special Grade Cursed Techniques. Located on the far right of the Innate Skills Mastery tree, it requires a Domain Shard and Mastery Level 250 in the specific technique.
How to Get Domain Shards
Domain Shards are rare and valuable. Acquisition methods include:
- Curse Market NPC: This vendor offers periodic Shard sales for Demon Fingers and Jade Lotuses.
- Chests: A low-probability loot drop; enhance your luck with consumables for better chances.
- Trading: Exchange Shards with other players.
- World Loot: Shards can appear on the map; the Item Notifier (2,699 Robux gamepass) aids in locating them.
How to Use Domain Expansion
Domain Expansion is your ultimate attack.
- Equip: Select it via the Skills menu.
- Activate: Once the Domain Meter is full (by damaging enemies), press the assigned hotkey.
Within your Domain, innate skills gain full AoE, become undodgeable, and your offensive/defensive stats increase by 50%. Incomplete Domains only receive the stat boost.
Domain Clashing
Simultaneous Domain Expansions trigger a minigame: Time your LMB (M1) presses to align the red line within the blue sections of the meter. The victor expands their Domain, depleting the loser's meter.
Defending Against Domain Expansion
Several defensive options exist:
- Simple Domain (Technique Tree, 20 SP): Creates a small area within an enemy's Domain, nullifying its effects.
- Hollow Wicker Basket (Unlockable Technique): Negates enemy Domain effects but prevents using innate techniques.
- Heavenly Restriction (1699 Robux Gamepass): Allows ignoring most sure-hit effects within a Domain.
