What are Arcanas?
Arcanas are modifiers within Vampire Survivors. Unlocking the Randomazzo item activates the Arcana system and unlocks the first Arcana, Sarabande of Healing. Players choose their Arcanas on the stage selection screen before starting a run. Each Arcana offers unique benefits, but must first be unlocked.
Here are a few examples:

Boogaloo of Illusions: Expands your character's area over 10 seconds, from -25% to +25%. Each level adds +1% area. Unlock Condition: Reach Level 50 with Concetta.

Heart of Fire: Weapon projectiles explode on impact, creating light sources and causing explosions on character damage. Unlock Condition: Reach Level 50 with Arca.

Silent Old Sanctuary: Grants +3 Rerolls, Skips, and Banishes. Provides +20% Might and -8% Cooldown for each empty weapon slot. Unlock Condition: Reach minute 31 in the Dairy Plant.

Blood Astronomia: Weapons create damage zones affected by Amount and Magnet. Enemies within Magnet range take damage based on Amount. Unlock Condition: Reach Level 50 with Poe.
