"Ultimate Arise Crossover: Beginner's Beta Guide"

By HunterApr 17,2025

If you're diving into *Arise Crossover*, you might initially think it's all about collecting Shadow units and steamrolling through enemies who can't fight back. But as you reach the endgame, it's clear that many players find themselves puzzled over progression, leveling up, and choosing the right Shadows. If you're feeling stuck, this guide will help you navigate through *Arise Crossover* like a pro.

How Shadows Work in Arise Crossover

In *Arise Crossover*, each of the three islands hosts multiple Shadows you can recruit and a formidable dungeon Shadow. Currently, the weakest unit you can get right from the start is **Soondoo**, while the powerhouse **Mifalcon** awaits at the final Brum Island.

But here's the kicker: it's not just about the type of Shadow; ranks matter even more. A Rank A Soondoo packs more punch than a rank D Mifalcon. Higher-ranked units have the potential to reach higher levels. For instance, a Rank D unit caps at Level 75, whereas an SS Unit can soar to Level 200. So, your ultimate goal might be to assemble a team of four level SS Mifalcons, but the journey to get there is where the real thrill lies.

Dungeon Portals in *Arise Crossover* pop up every 30 minutes and remain open for 15 minutes. Even if you slip in just before a portal closes, you're good to go for the entire dungeon. These portals can appear at various spots across each island, and their difficulty is always a surprise.

Start the game by forming a team of Rank D units and tackle a Rank D or C dungeon on Leveling Island. This will boost your unit collection and might even snag you a rare boss Shadow. Remember, dungeons are your sole avenue for recruiting Rare Units and common units above Rank C.

When a portal spawns, make a dash for it. Even if your team isn't up to snuff, hang out near the portal and wait for a higher-level player to join. Often, you'll find someone who can solo the dungeon and won't mind helping you through it. This generosity is key to acquiring higher-ranking units, which is essential for progressing in *Arise Crossover*. We once got carried through a Rank A dungeon with our Rank C units, which led us to recruit Rank A units and push towards the endgame. We've since returned the favor by helping other players with Rank D units through Rank S dungeons. Embrace this community spirit.

Arise Crossover Weapons

During this Beta phase, weapons in *Arise Crossover* are pretty much ornamental. They might help you deal minor damage at the start, but by the second island, their impact is negligible. The top common weapon, the **Iron Kando Blade**, costs 60 million and deals 516,1K damage. In contrast, your units are hitting for 200 to 400 million. So, unless you're looking to splurge, hold onto your cash until the game gets updated.

How to Get a Mount in Arise Crossover

Similar to dungeons, a wild mount spawns every 15 minutes. Only one player per server can attempt to claim it, and you'll get a server-wide alert when it appears. However, you won't be notified if someone else claims it or if it vanishes.

Mounts can spawn in six different locations: on the back of the main islands or on small side islands between them. Check the developer's map for these spots.

You can't claim the same mount twice, and you might fail at capturing one. Flying mounts are the rarest, with a 10% spawn rate, while ground mounts are more common, and water mounts can be purchased from the Boat Shop NPC. To get a mount, race to all six locations when you see the server message, and with luck, you'll claim one. While mounts aren't crucial for progression, a flying mount certainly makes traversing the game world a breeze. We're still on the hunt for our flying mount.

That's the rundown for now. We'll keep this beginner's guide updated as *Arise Crossover* evolves. In the meantime, don't forget to check out the *Arise Crossover* codes for some awesome freebies.
