Transformers: Reactivate Gameplay Footage Leaks After Game’s Cancellation

Recently canceled Transformers: Reactivate, a co-op game unveiled by Splash Damage in 2022, has resurfaced in the form of leaked gameplay footage. The footage, from a 2020 build, showcases Bumblebee navigating a destroyed cityscape, seamlessly transforming between robot and vehicle modes while engaging an alien enemy force known as "the Legion." The gameplay bears resemblance to Transformers: Fall of Cybertron. Despite some unfinished textures and a silent cutscene depicting Bumblebee's arrival in a ravaged New York City, the footage reveals a polished game with environmental destruction. While the project's cancellation prevents players from experiencing it, the leaks offer a glimpse into the potential of this Hasbro and Takara Tomy-backed title.
