The core addition is a set of dynamic tarot card challenges integrated into Netherrealm stages. Face unique trials themed around The Sun, Hermit, and Chariot cards – dodging radiant energy, evading assassins, or outrunning speeding chariots!
Completing these trials unlocks the Tarot Secret Path, a board game-style progression system brimming with rewards, traps, and hidden loot. Utilize Notes of Arcana to strategically navigate the path, bypassing traps, enhancing treasures, and uncovering even greater riches.
More Than Just Cards
This season also introduces Iris, a powerful new hero wielding devastating elemental abilities. She commands Spirit Magi, boosting their powers and survivability through Life Restoration. Two new Magi, the Rock Magus and Erosion Magus, join the fray to support her.
