Developer Goodwin Games has unveiled an exciting new survival horror game for PC titled "Quite a Ride." Harnessing the power of Unreal Engine 5, this game challenges you to keep pedaling on your bicycle to prevent the surrounding fog—and the terrifying creatures within it—from engulfing you. While an official release date has yet to be announced, the anticipation is already building.
As described by Goodwin, "You travel by bicycle through a foggy rural landscape filled with eerie secrets and monsters lurking in the dense mist." The game's atmosphere and themes are inspired by the chilling works of Stephen King and iconic horror films from the '80s and '90s. You can get a glimpse of the game's eerie world by checking out the announcement trailer and the first screenshots in the gallery below.

In "Quite a Ride," your phone's battery will drain over time, requiring you to keep pedaling to recharge it. This phone will also send you mysterious messages that could either aid or hinder your journey. As you progress, you'll come across strange locations such as abandoned towns and mysterious laboratories. The road ahead is ever-changing, but Goodwin has introduced a unique pseudo-multiplayer element: "Players' collective global efforts can change the environment, unlocking new locations, hidden characters, and secret quests over time."
If "Quite a Ride" piques your interest, you can add it to your wishlist on Steam and stay updated on its development.
