The Oratores quest, a lengthy main quest, requires obtaining the Royal Treasury Key after assisting Vavak. The key's location is a bit unconventional.
To obtain the key, locate the outhouse in Vavak's backyard (see map below).
Inside the outhouse, examine the toilet bowl. An "Investigate" prompt will appear. Clicking it will reveal the key. Retrieving the key will soil Henry's clothes, so it's advisable to clean up before continuing the quest to avoid dialogue issues with NPCs.
