Reverse 1999: 'Vereinsamt' Update Marks First Anniversary

It’s been a year already since Bluepoch Games launched their 20th Century time-travel RPG. Yes, I’m talking about Reverse: 1999, which is now celebrating its First Anniversary. So, naturally, they’ve dropped a huge update, Version 1.9 of the game titled ‘Vereinsamt’.Vereinsamt Means Lonely In GermanReverse: 1999 First Anniversary lets you grab Semmelweis, a 6-star character for free. Just log in during the event period to grab her along with 30 free pulls.And then there’s Lucy, a 6-star DPS with a robot design inspired by the iconic Metropolis. While she looks like a robot, Lucy’s actually an Awakened arcanist. She’s connected to the Watt steam engine prototype and is obsessed with pushing scientific development forward. Lucy is available in the limited banner called ‘Thoughts in Cylinder.’Matilda, the 5-star character, is making a return. Kakania, who first appeared in Version 1.7, is coming back too. Starting October 10th, she’ll be summonable in the ‘Observation into the Mirrors’ banner. Take a peek at the Reverse: 1999 First Anniversary video below!

Reverse: 1999 First Anniversary Features New Game ModesThe new roguelike mode, “A Series of Dusks,” will soon launch. It allows players to obtain Lorelei, a new 5-star character, and numerous other rewards.
New partnerships with Discovery and KOI are also forthcoming. Discovery will provide new outfits for Tooth Fairy and Getian. KOI's collaboration begins in October, offering special limited-edition merchandise.
Along with new characters, Version 1.9 introduces the game's first unique costume. Regulus receives the new “Take Off! To the Future” attire, which includes new Ultimates and additional features. Additional characters such as Jessica, Voyager, and Sonetto will also receive new outfits.
