Ever dreamed of the perfect, hilariously absurd revenge on a bully? Pineapple: A Bittersweet Revenge, a new prank simulator game from Patrones & Escondites, lets you live out that fantasy. This indie point-and-click puzzler is now available on Android and other platforms.
The Story
Inspired by a real Reddit post (allegedly!), you play a 15-year-old fed up with the school bully, known only as "the Witch." Months of torment culminate in a plan for sweet (and slightly sour) justice. What begins as playful pranks evolves into a complex game of outsmarting the bully with increasingly elaborate pineapple-themed schemes. Each prank is a puzzle, involving the strategic placement (and sometimes, chaotic deployment) of pineapples—in lockers, car trunks, even restaurants! As the pranks escalate, so do the moral dilemmas.
How Far Is Too Far?
Pineapple: A Bittersweet Revenge cleverly explores the consequences of revenge, all while maintaining a lighthearted and funny tone. Just how far will your quest for vengeance take you? Play the game to find out! Download it now from the Google Play Store.
The game's hand-drawn, doodle-like art style adds a unique charm, reminiscent of a sketchbook brought to life. Check out the trailer below:
Ultimately, will you succeed in exacting revenge without becoming the very thing you despise? Find out in Pineapple: A Bittersweet Revenge! And be sure to check out our next article on the Mahjong Soul x Sanrio collaboration!
