Nexon announces the end of service (EOS) for Dynasty Warriors: Unleashed, the mobile adaptation of the popular Dynasty Warriors franchise. If you've been commanding your legendary officers and engaging in thrilling battles, now's the time to savor your remaining playtime.
In-app purchases were halted on December 19th, 2024. While Nexon expressed gratitude to the community, the official announcement didn't detail the reasons behind the game's closure.
The shutdown wasn't entirely unexpected, given the game's underperformance. Launched in November 2023 by Nexon and Koei Tecmo Games, Dynasty Warriors: Unleashed lasted just over a year.

The final battle concludes on February 20th, 2025. A final in-game chapter will be released this month.
Dynasty Warriors: Unleashed offered a unique twist on the classic hack-and-slash gameplay. It blended Musou action with strategic elements, allowing players to collect and train 50 officers from five factions across a vast map encompassing 13 regions and 500 stages. Relive historical events like the Yellow Turban Rebellion and the Battle of Luoyang in story mode.
