Marvel Snap’s latest update is inspired by Captain America: Brave New World

Marvel Snap's Legacy Season: New Captain America, Characters, and Locations!

This month's Marvel Snap season focuses on legacy, introducing Sam Wilson as the new Captain America and shaking up gameplay. Several new characters and locations add strategic depth, offering players plenty to discover.

Sam Wilson's arrival introduces a new mechanic: Captain America's Shield. This indestructible shield randomly appears at a location at the start of each match and can be moved. Each time it lands on Sam Wilson's location, his power increases by +2. The Season Pass reflects Sam's journey from Falcon to Captain America.

February will see a steady release of new characters:

  • February 4th: Joaquín Torres
  • February 11th: Iron Patriot and Thaddeus Ross
  • February 18th: Redwing
  • February 25th: Diamondback

These Series 5 cards will be available through the Token Shop and Spotlight Cache.

ytTwo exciting new locations are also added:

  • Smithsonian Museum: Ongoing abilities gain +1 Power per card.
  • Madripoor: The highest-cost card at this location receives +2 Power each turn.

These locations encourage diverse deckbuilding strategies.

For collectors, February offers two new albums brimming with avatars, emotes, and variants:

  • February 4th: The Viktor Farro album, featuring a Darkhawk variant and collector's tokens.
  • February 25th: The Lemon Fashion album, featuring exclusive Elsa Bloodstone content.
