Dustbunny: Emotion to Plants, a charming new Android game, tackles personal emotional well-being in a unique and engaging way. The game begins with a meeting with Empathy, a helpful rabbit guide who leads you through a personalized mental journey within a customizable sanctuary.

Developed by Antientropic, this therapeutic simulator blends cozy room decoration with a profound emotional exploration. Its design draws inspiration from the creative director's experiences during the COVID-19 lockdown.

Key Features of Dustbunny: Emotion to Plants:

The game starts in a serene, empty room. You collect "emotibuns," small, shy creatures representing hidden emotions. Nurturing these emotibuns transforms them into vibrant plants, symbolically illuminating your inner world and filling your room with diverse flora, including monsteras, philodendrons, alocasia, and even fantastical unicorn hybrids. This visual representation reflects personal growth and progress.

Numerous minigames and activities, such as paper airplane flying, preparing Cup Ramyun, and playing a retro Game Boy game, enhance your connection with your sanctuary and its plants. These activities provide energy and collectibles to aid plant care. Over 20 care cards offer various actions, including watering, misting, and observation, with a variety of tools at your disposal.

A Personal Journey with a Social Element:

The "Doors" feature allows players to personalize their in-game door with symbols and stickers reflecting their unique experiences. Visiting other players' doors enables interaction, message-leaving, and shared growth.

Empathy's guidance incorporates elements of compassion-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral techniques, encouraging self-care, self-acceptance, and self-love. Fun, calming stickers and designs provide creative outlets for self-expression.
