Entry Requirements for Shuyu's Baffling Beetle Battle Bowl

To participate:

• Adventure Rank 20 or higher.
• Completion of the Mondstadt Archon Quest Prologue. While not mandatory, completing Xianyun's Story Quest "Grus Serena Chapter" adds context, as Shuyu is featured.

Gameplay Mechanics

The event is simple: Use an Onikabuto beetle in a simulated battle (within your Serenitea Pot at Mt. Aocang) against various enemies. Control is intuitive: Forward, Backward, and Jump. Master timing and stamina management, as movement and attacks consume stamina. Piercing Strikes (hold the attack button) deliver powerful blows.

Stage-by-Stage Strategies

Here's a breakdown of each stage's opponent and effective tactics:

1. Staff Master (Basic Horizontal Sweeps): A standard Hilichurl; consistently target its head, dodging its ground-marked attacks.
2. Staff Master (Torch-Wielding): A Hilichurl Berserker with a Pyro Slime. Focus on its head and the Pyro Slime, especially when it's preparing to throw it.
3. Mumbly-Bumbly Red-Hot Mage: A Pyro Abyss Mage. Interrupt its fire spell casting, then attack repeatedly. Dodge its ground-based fireballs and vertical flame pillars.
4. Bouncy, Energetic Cryo Mage: A Cryo Abyss Mage. Employ the same strategy as with the Pyro Abyss Mage.
5. Mini Mountain Big Guy: A Stonehide Lawachurl. Swiftly attack, evading its attacks. A Geo Slime will appear; use a Piercing Strike for maximum damage.

Difficulty and Rewards

Choose "Focused Fight" (two stars) for optimal Primogem rewards (30-20 per stage). "Utmost Might" (three stars), unlocked after clearing Focused Fight, offers Mora and Enhancement Ores but no Primogems. Consult the "Dossier on Opponent" for enemy details. Co-op mode is available; select "Match" to team up.

Event Rewards

Complete the event for a potential 420 Primogems (Utmost Might difficulty), along with Hero's Wit, Sanctifying Unction, Mora, and Mystic Enhancement Ore.
