Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio recently unveiled new gameplay footage for Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, showcasing its Hawaiian pirate adventure and revealing key details.
The showcased gameplay highlighted extensive ship customization, open-world sea exploration, thrilling naval battles, engaging mini-games, and diverse explorable locations. Goro Majima will boast two distinct fighting styles: a nimble, speed-focused approach and a more tactical style utilizing short swords and pirate weaponry.
Players can recruit a colorful cast of unique allies to bolster their crew, providing assistance in combat, exploration, and treasure hunting. The game promises a wealth of hidden islands and original side quests to uncover during gameplay.
A significant announcement concluded the presentation: the highly anticipated "New Game+" mode will be a free post-launch addition via a patch. This is a welcome change from Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, where this mode was initially exclusive to the pricier edition, drawing considerable criticism towards SEGA.
