Eldritch Fishing Sim 'Dredge' Launches on Mobile This Month

By CamilaMar 13,2025

The highly anticipated eldritch fishing simulator, Dredge, is finally setting sail for mobile devices on February 27th! After several release date shifts, fishing aficionados can soon experience the sanity-bending isolation of the deep sea.

In Dredge, you'll take on the role of a nameless fisherman navigating the treacherous waters around a desolate archipelago. Your task? Catch fish, sell them to the islanders, and maintain your trusty boat. But beware, the seemingly simple task quickly becomes more complex as you explore the archipelago's mysterious secrets and uncover unsettling nocturnal encounters.

As previously reported, Dredge's mobile port faced delays, initially slated for February 2025. However, the iOS App Store listing now confirms the February 27th launch. The Android Google Play listing is expected soon.

Beyond the casual fishing fun, Dredge offers a surprisingly deep upgrade system and a generous helping of Lovecraftian horror. While details on potential DLC remain unannounced, the core game already boasts several expansions enriching the archipelago's mysteries.

With its charming low-poly aesthetic and engaging visuals, Dredge is poised to become a mobile gaming favorite. Many players eagerly await its arrival after the extended wait.
