Sony Pictures has exciting news for fans of the hit anime series, announcing that Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc will slash its way into US theaters on October 29, 2025. This eagerly awaited film was unveiled during Sony's CinemaCon presentation, where they also confirmed securing worldwide theatrical rights, excluding Japan. This fall, American audiences can look forward to this thrilling cinematic experience, while over 80 other countries will have the chance to see it earlier on September 24, 2025. In Japan, Toho will handle the release on September 19, 2025.

The announcement of the Chainsaw Man movie in December 2023 set the stage for what promises to be an electrifying sequel to the MAPPA-produced anime series that debuted in 2022. The story follows Denji, a young protagonist who, after forming a pact with the Chainsaw Devil dog Pochita, gains the unique ability to transform parts of his body into chainsaws.
