Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall in a gas-filled Kentucky BioTech facility. After an elevator malfunction and gas mask failure, you'll experience hallucinations. Upon regaining control, locate a red-lit locked door. Use a hatchet from a mannequin to break it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to the central elevator.

Accessing the Biotechnology Room

Activating the elevator triggers a zombie encounter. Eliminate them with your hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll receive a map to the Yellow card.

Acquiring the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

Follow the map to a yellow staircase, leading to the Director's office. Solve the computer puzzle ("Access" and "Lift") to access the A.C.R. room (containing more zombies). The Yellow card is held by a mannequin that transforms into an abomination. Before engaging it, collect armor plates, weapons, and crucially, the grappling hook.

Use explosives (C4 or grenades) to quickly eliminate the abomination and its horde. Retrieve the Yellow card from its remains.

Securing the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to return to the main facility. Locate the Administration Facility via a grapple point to the left of the security desk. Answer the ringing phone. You need to find four documents and place them in the file display area.

While collecting the documents (one on a corner desk, one near a round table, one on a small central table, and one in the cafe), evade the pursuing mannequins by sprinting. After placing the documents, grapple the attacking red mannequin repeatedly until it transforms into a Mangler Zombie. Defeat it to obtain the Green card.

Obtaining the Blue Card

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone, then locate the glass chamber with camera stands. Interact with the Blue card to trigger a Mimic encounter. Shoot moving objects to lure it out and eliminate it to get the card.

Retrieving the Red Card

Navigate to the East Wing (following the red carpets and stairs). In the room with water and a console, interact with the console to reveal the Red card, guarded by a Mangler. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, swim through the red tunnel, climb the ladders, and eliminate zombies. Unlock the door using the blacklight code and activate the drain switches within 25 seconds.

After draining the water, confront and defeat the Mangler and its horde to claim the Red card.

Confronting the Disciple

Return to the security desk and insert all four cards. Take the elevator to the top floor. Answer the red phone to initiate a final confrontation with numerous zombies and the Disciple. Complete the mission by overcoming this final challenge.
