Interested in crafting your own custom crank arms? Whether you're using a leather cutter or a 3D printer, this tool is your go-to for creating crank arms with precise dimensions. Just input your desired specifications, and it will generate an SVG file for 2D designs or an STL file for 3D models. These files can be easily viewed and shared across different applications, making collaboration and further adjustments a breeze.
But that's not all—this tool goes the extra mile by automatically calculating the size of the balance weight needed for your crank arm. By considering the outside diameter of the balance weight, the mass on the crank pin side, and the density of the crank arm material, it computes the exact size of the weight required to achieve perfect balance. This ensures your crank arms perform smoothly and efficiently.

Once your crank arm design is complete, the generated data can be seamlessly integrated with various applications. This allows for easy sharing with 3D printers and connected PCs, making the transition from design to production straightforward. For a sense of scale, the underlaying square in the design is sized to that of a credit card.
