Application Description
This program facilitates communication with the Electronic Control Units (ECUs) of gasoline-powered Nissan vehicles.
Supported Nissan Vehicles:
This software supports gasoline engines from the following Nissan engine series: CG, CR, GA, HR, KA, MR, QG, QR, SR, RB, TB, VE, VG, VQ, VH, VK. Functionality mirrors approximately 90% of the capabilities offered by the original NC3P scanner.
ECU Support:
Beyond engine ECUs, the program also interacts with automatic transmission ECUs (RE4, RE5), continuously variable transmission (CVT) ECUs (RE0F06 and later models), Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) ECUs, Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) ECUs, and various other ECUs.
Toyota Compatibility:
Limited support for select Toyota control units is also included. This utilizes the original Toyota protocol, enabling real-time data streaming with a refresh rate of 0.5 seconds for all parameters. This protocol also allows for active testing (controlling peripherals such as fan relays and fuel pumps).
Version 3.38 (August 26, 2024) Updates:
- Added the capability to retrieve transmission temperature readings when connected to the engine ECU.
