As the State-appointed manager of an apartment building, your job is to ensure it remains an attractive place for tenants. But beneath this facade, your true mission unfolds: to SPY ON YOUR TENANTS.

Your responsibilities include covertly monitoring your tenants, eavesdropping on their conversations, and bugging their apartments during their absence. You must also search their belongings for any evidence that could threaten the State's authority, profile them for your superiors, and report any suspicious or subversive activities to the authorities.

Beholder challenges you with choices that carry significant consequences. Will you report a father's illegal activities, orphaning his children, or withhold the information to give him a chance to correct his actions?
