In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, sometimes a subtle approach is better than all-out combat. This guide explains how to incapacitate enemies without killing them.
Knocking Out Enemies
Leaving a trail of corpses isn't always the best strategy. Knocking out enemies offers a stealthier alternative. Here's how:
- Crouch: Press the circle button to crouch and sneak up behind an NPC.
- Knockout Prompt: A "Knock Out" prompt appears in the bottom right corner when you're close enough. Press the indicated button.
- Success/Failure: A blue icon with swords signifies a successful knockout attempt. Press R2. If the NPC resists (indicated by a shield icon), press L2 to subdue them. Failure on both prompts leads to a fight.
Your success rate depends on Henry's strength compared to the NPC's. These perks increase your chances:
- Tight Grip
- Sandman
Stealth Kills
For a lethal stealth approach, equip a dagger. The process is similar to knocking someone out: sneak up from behind, and the stealth kill prompt will appear.
