mReferral Mortgage Calculator

The mReferral Mortgage Calculator App is a new app designed to help users with their property and mortgage needs. Users can also apply for a mortgage through the app, with the option to compare selected P-loan plans with low interest rates. The app also provides property valuation services through Bank of China (Hong Kong). It should be noted that mReferral does not provide any mortgage or P-loan products, but rather acts as a referral service for partnering banks and financial institutions.

The mReferral Mortgage Calculator App offers several advantages:

1) Mortgage calculator: Allows users to input mortgage amount, repayment period, and interest rate to calculate monthly repayment amount, interest expenses, and stamp duty values. It can be used for both first and second mortgage plans.
2) Refinance calculator: Helps calculate the cash-out amount and change in monthly repayment amount by inputting existing and new mortgage plan details. It also has an early settlement calculation function.
3) Affordability calculator: Allows users to input mortgage amount and LTV ratio to calculate the affordable property price, income requirement, and stress test requirement.
4) Mortgage application: Users can apply for a mortgage directly from banks using the app's API technology. The process is fast and convenient.
5) Property valuation: Offers the service of obtaining the latest property valuation from Bank of China (Hong Kong) by simply inputting the address.
6) P-loan application: Users can compare different P-loan plans with low-interest rates and make instant applications. The loan sizes can go up to $3 million with flexible repayment periods ranging from 3 months to 10 years, and the APR is between -99% and 8%.
